Terms and conditions for restoration services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Customer") and Integrity Mitigation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and related services.

By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, whether emergency response, ongoing restoration projects, or follow-up services throughout Miami-Dade County and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to modify these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to customers with active service agreements.

Service Terms and Conditions

Comprehensive terms covering all aspects of our restoration services

Service Agreement

  • Services provided are emergency water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and related services
  • All work performed by IICRC certified technicians following industry standards
  • Services available 24/7 for emergency response throughout Miami-Dade County
  • Initial assessment and estimate provided before beginning major restoration work
  • Timeline estimates are approximate and may vary based on scope and conditions
  • Additional services may be required based on assessment findings

Payment Terms

  • Emergency services may require immediate payment or insurance authorization
  • Insurance claims will be processed directly when authorized by customer
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice for non-insurance work
  • Accepted payments: cash, check, credit cards, insurance payments
  • Additional charges may apply for after-hours or emergency services
  • Final payment due upon completion and customer approval of work

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
  • Remove personal items and belongings as requested by technicians
  • Maintain clear communication regarding insurance and project scope
  • Report any safety concerns or access issues immediately
  • Provide accurate information about property damage and history
  • Follow any safety instructions provided by our team

Insurance and Liability

  • Integrity Mitigation is fully licensed, bonded, and insured
  • We carry comprehensive general liability and professional liability insurance
  • Customer insurance claims are processed with full documentation support
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Liability limited to the value of services provided
  • Customer assumes responsibility for items not disclosed during assessment

Emergency Services

  • Emergency response available 24/7 throughout our service area
  • Emergency services prioritized to prevent further damage
  • Initial emergency measures may begin before formal contract signing
  • Emergency work authorization may be obtained verbally with written confirmation to follow
  • Additional emergency services may be required based on conditions
  • Emergency services billed at standard rates plus applicable emergency fees

Warranties and Guarantees

  • One year warranty on workmanship for completed restoration services
  • Warranty covers defects in our restoration work only
  • Warranty does not cover new damage, normal wear, or pre-existing conditions
  • Equipment warranties covered by manufacturer terms
  • Warranty service provided during normal business hours
  • Written warranty documentation provided upon project completion
